Owner of Authentic Beauty, Alyson Hoag,  has 20 years of experience as a make-up artist,  and is known as the eyebrow guru.

Alyson, who was featured in Best Magazine and The Piedmont Review, launched her make up salon 4 years ago on Roswell Road.

Alyson appeals to the real woman, because her professional make-up artists will listen to you and customize a look that fits you, so that when you look into the mirror, you will say, “I AM BEAUTIFUL”, and truly believe it.  The Authentic Beauty Champagne and Shadows event is held 3 times in the Spring and Fall to help women get a sneak peak at the fresh looks for the year.

You can come in and try a new look for Fall, sip champagne and meet other Authentic Beauties!  Services include Brows, Facials, Lashes, Make Up Application, Seasonal Looks and Salon Services.

When you walk into the salon you are greeted with such a warmth that it is hard to leave.  Everyone that came through the door walked out with a gleam in their eyes after being pampered by Alyson’s amazing professional staff.

Her make-up artists for the evening were Crystal Rock (Lead Make-Up Artist), Gabriel Coats, Jessica Myler and Brielle Brenner.  Amy Shultz was the Esthetician and Tatiana Jones applied lashes and also did make-up.  The hair stylists were Hollie Woodall and Charles Farlow.  Charles Farlow also assists with health through the company RBC Life.

There were also a couple of vendors at the event.  Earthsong Arts is owned by Danna Cain.  She has a natural jewelry line, unique florals and handcrafted gifts.
